Shannon joined Plan Administration & Consulting, LLC in 2025 with almost 18 years of experience in the retirement industry. She found a passion for compliance work in her first role by learning the battery of compliance tests using Excel. This knowledge proved to be invaluable throughout her career as she transitioned to using industry specific software to include ASC, Relius, Datair and FTW.
She has primarily focused on compliance and A to Z plan administration but also has experience working in New Business and Plan Documents. Her role allows her to interact frequently with plan sponsors to ensure their retirement plans are working efficiently.
Shannon provides quality service to her clients by building strong relationships, networking with other industry professionals and continuing education to stay up to date on the latest industry changes through her membership in the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
